Enderby Boil Water Notice Continues

That boil water advisory for about 50 homes in the Enderby area will continue, as the City deals with many hoops in developing a proposed alignment.

Chief Administrative Officer Tate Bengtson told KISS-FM News, that a meeting with the driller has confirmed that drilling the lines are feasable, however the alignment must fit with the other external agencies that need to approve it.

They include the Splatsin First Nations, the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure and the Provincial Health Authority.

As far as a time frame, Bengtson has indicated it will certainly be a number of weeks, if not longer. An exact time is not something he can accurately predict at this time.
