B.C. Coroners Service confirms death of mountain biker

The BC Coroners Service is investigating after a mountain biker in Kamloops died Sunday (July 19).

Emergency responders were called to the Batchelor Hills trail area Sunday morning for a report of a downed mountain biker.

In an email to CFJC Today, the BC Coroners Service spokesman Andy Watson confirmed that they were notified of a death yesterday involving a mountain biker.

Now, Watson says the coroner will be investigating how, where, when, and by what means this individual came to their unexpected death.
