Vipers acquire power forward

The Vernon Vipers have acquired the CJHL playing rights to Jarrod Semchuk from the Bonnyville Pontiacs in exchange for future considerations.

The 18-year-old Semchuk, from Kamloops, spent last season with the Salmon Arm Silverbacks, seeing action in 31 games.

“Jarrod is a big, strong power forward (6’1, 180 lbs) with the potential to create offense for our group,” said Vipers head coach and GM Jason McKee.
