Armstrong adjusts its COVID-19 response
The City of Armstrong made some changes to protect its staff, support seniors, and those most at risk of getting the coronavirus.
Mayor Chris Pieper said in a message to residents Friday, until further notice, city hall, public works and the fire hall are closed to public access and will remain open for business in a remote capacity only.
All essential services are being maintained and the fire department continues to provide full service.
The city has closed all playground structures including tot-lots and basketball courts.
