Jan 27, 2020 | 12:00 PM

A Vernon man remains missing for a third day, with RCMP now issuing an official plea for tips on his whereabouts.

Jay Rosenberger

Thirty-eight-year-old Jay Rosenberger was last seen Friday night (Jan. 24) at the Village Green Hotel where his family said he works as a manager.

According to Rosenberger’s family members, he never returned to work the next day, his car is missing, his phone is dead, and police have been notified.

“Police are very concerned for Jay’s health and well-being and friends and family report that it is out of character for him to be out of contact for this long,” RCMP Const. Jocelyn Noseworthy said.

Police say Rosenberger may be driving a light grey 2002 Mazda 626 car with B.C. licence plate JV2 76F.
