Sign company changes ownership

Aug 30, 2019 | 3:55 PM

You might say it’s a ‘sign’ of the times.

North Okanagan Sign Solutions has been bought by Printech Printing Corp. and the Pretium Group, both based in Vernon.

Printech is owned and operated by Rob Morris, former owner of Rosters Sports Club.

Josh Kemper has been appointed as president and co-owner of North Okanagan Sign Solutions.

“Josh and his wife Shayla are delighted to join the growing Pretium Group of Companies,” a news release said. “Josh has worked in construction since 2004 and Shayla has been in retail and customer service.”

Morris said both Josh and Shayla look forward to the new venture.

“Josh and Shayla are the exact sort of partners we look for; they have an equity stake and shares the overall vision in both Printech and The Pretium Group,” the release said.

“I’d like to personally take this opportunity to thank all of my loyal customers for six-plus years of great work together. I’ve truly enjoyed NOSS and growing it into what it has become. I’ve been able to develop professionally and find and create opportunities and relationships that will continue that growth. NOSS has been around for over 15 years now. I know it’s going to good hands and the future looks bright,” former owner Jed Dillingham said.

Ownership officially changed hands on August 26.

The same phone number will still be used, but North Okanagan Sign Solutions’ email address will be retired.

“The new email address is josh@northoksignsolutions.ca, but to prevent any hiccups in service, please ‘phone it in,'” the release added.
