Car crash near optometry office

Emergency officials responded to a car crash along 28 A Street and 38 Avenue at around 5:30 p.m. this afternoon.

The crash was involving a grey van and a black pick up truck near the parking lot for Vernon Optometry

A young family with a baby are believed to be the victims in the crash

Paramedics could be seen helping the family and checking for injuries, which are unknown at this point.
