Murder Suspect in Court

A suspect in a a 32 year old Vernon murder case made an appearance in BC Supreme Court today.

57 year old Paramjit Singh Bogarh was there for a pre-trial conference on a charge of murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

His case was put over to January 7th to fix a date.

Bogarh is charged with the death of his wife, Saminder Bogarh, in 1986.

The victim was 26 years old at the time.
