Decision Date Set For Sagmoen

A date has been set for a decision on an application for bail by a man accused of violence against women.

38 year old Curtis Sagmoen is facing several charges tied to an incident last year on near Falkland where he allegedly threatened a woman with a firearm while disguising his face.

A judge will rule on his bail application at 9:30 am on Nov 14, according to the BC Prosecution Service.

Protestors gathered outside the Vernon courthouse today to denounce violence against women.
