Update:
The bail hearing has been put over to Thursday.
In the case against Curtis Wayne Sagmoen, he is scheduled to appear via video at 10:30 in a Vernon courtroom today for a bail hearing.
Indications are that there will be a demonstration outside the courthouse as in previous appearances on the steps at around 10.

Sagmoen allegedly threatened a sex trade worker with a firearm near Falkland last year, which resulted in facing numerous charges.
Court records state that Sagmoen is also being held on charges stemming from a violent assault on a female in Maple Ridge back in 2013. What that means is even if he is granted bail on the local charges, he will remain in custody on the Maple Ridge alleged assault,
Allegations of violence against women have been leveled at Sagmoen, a man who has lived on an Okanagan property where human remains were found and later identified as missing Vernon 18 year old Traci Generaux.
No one has been charged in her death so far.
