Over a dozen Coldstream properties still to be auctioned off

Some back taxes have been paid off but still over a dozen properties will be on the docket for Coldstream’s annual tax sale.

The municipality had 14 properties to auction off as they were delinquent and owed between $1,000 to more than $33,000 in taxes.

• 9100 Mackie Drive, Lot 12 – $2,703.03
• 9100 Mackie Drive, Lot 46 – $1,407.76
• 6800 Learmouth Road, Lot 2 – $25,648.24
• 10-8508 Clerke Road – $1,381.01
• 153-15401 Kalamalka Road – $1,180.83
• 311-15401 Kalamalka Road – $1,397.22

The district previously stated there were 18 properties to be sold, but four were removed after the owners fully paid off what was owed.
