Coldstream auctioning off up to 18 properties

Coldstream will auctioning off over a dozen properties near the end of the month.

The district has 18 properties that owe back taxes and will be part of the annual tax sales, which include:

The properties will be on the docket for an auction at Coldstream Municipal Hall at 10 a.m. September 28, unless the owner pays off the back taxes and interest in full before that time.
