Vipers Swing Pair of Trades

Vernon, BC – The Vernon Vipers have completed a pair of roster transactions, acquiring the BCHL Playing Rights to forward Jacob Wingfield while trading forward London Taylor to the Spruce Grove Saints.

The Vipers acquired the BCHL Playing Rights to 2006-born forward Jacob Wingfield from the Okotoks Oilers in exchange for a player development fee.  Wingfield has appeared in 73 BCHL games with the Langley Rivermen, Alberni Valley Bulldogs and Powell River Kings.

In a separate transaction, the Vipers traded 2008-born forward London Taylor to the Spruce Grove Saints in exchange for a player development fee.  The East Vancouver product appeared in 16 games with the Vipers during the 2025-26 season, registering two assists.
