Erratic Kelowna driver ‘didn’t deliberately mean to cause harm’
Kelowna Mounties are investigating some alarming driving Wednesday evening but say it appears there was no deliberate attempt by the driver to cause public harm.
The new SUV was involved in a hit-and-run, then performed dangerous maneuvers at several intersections, before it hit a parked vehicle in the pedestrian section of Bernard.
The driver was arrested. No one was hurt.
In a media release RCMP said the car was driven erratically in the areas of Bernard Avenue, Abbott Street, Clement Avenue, St. Paul Street and Ellis Street.
