Mounties look to return precious documents to proper owners

Kelowna RCMP are in possession of some precious documents that they wish to pass on to their rightful owner.
Police say they have important documents that belonged to Alexander and Violet Munro, who lived in Kelowna in the late 1940s, but have since passed away.
The items include Alexander’s Canadian Army Discharge certificate and Violet’s identification documents.
Mounties say they have followed multiple avenues but have not been able t find any family members, and asked that anyone related to the Munro’s contact the Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300 so they can take possession of the items.
