Concessions at Kal Tire Place: could they be better?

The public is getting a chance to provide feedback on the menu items offered at the Kal Tire Place concessions, and how they could be improved.

Greater Vernon Recreation Services is asking people to take a short survey with the input used to guide future decisions.

The survey questions include what people normally buy at the concessions and how much they spend.

It also seeks details on what items should be added to the menu, such as vegetarian or more fresh food options, and if products should be offered as a combo.

“In order to provide the best guest experience possible, it is important that we hear from the public as to how we can make improvements to the goods and services being offered at Kal Tire Place concessions,” said Leah Walker, manager of customer service and recreation.
