B.C. Covid numbers lower for second straight day
B.C.’s new Covid-19 cases numbers on Wednesday were slightly higher than Tuesday, but still down from the weekly average.
The province reported 862 new cases, with 54 in the Interior Health region.
Tuesday had 849 cases, which lowered the seven-day average to 1,026 cases per day.
Covid-related hospitalizations remain at record highs with 483, and 164 of those people in intensive care.
