School district forum focuses on mental health

About 50 students in grades 8 to 12 in the Vernon School District will attend a Student Voice Forum next week.

The theme is “youth mental health,” and students will learn about internal and external stressors on mental health from guest speakers including Charlie Law, Jenn Millan, and Jesse Miller.

It’s at the Schubert Centre next Thursday (Feb. 27) from 8:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
