Sagmoen trial scheduled to begin

A Shuswap man is expected back in Vernon Supreme Court Monday (Feb. 10) for a trial.

Curtis Sagmoen is accused of one count of assault and another of assault causing bodily harm.

The 39-year-old was handed a sentence of two years less a day in December after being found guilty of three charges tied to a gun-related incident with a sex trade worker near Falkland in 2017.
