Suspect pleads guilty to violent break-in
A man involved in a targeted break and enter in Lavington that turned violent has been sentenced to prison time.
Clayton Alan Williams, 28, plead guilty in Vernon Provincial Court to charges of break and enter with intent to commit an offence, disguising his face with intent, and breach of an undertaking.
The Crown entered a stay of proceedings on five other weapons charges.
The guilty pleas on Monday came on the day a preliminary inquiry to examine Crown evidence against Williams was scheduled to begin.
