Update: Water restored in part of Armstrong

Water service has been shut off for residents in the 3300 to 3400 block of Smith Drive in Armstrong as crews work on an emergency water line repair.

The water was turned off at 1 p.m. today to reduce pressure on the line.

“Crews are working to restore service to those businesses and residences as quickly as possible, but do not yet have an expected time of restoration,” said Kevin Bertles, Chief Administrative Officer/Emergency Program Coordinator Designate.
