Court officials are still finalizing B.C. Supreme Court trial times in Vernon for Curtis Sagmoen.
The 38-year-old is facing five charges stemming from an incident in which he allegedly threatened a sex trade worker with a gun near Falkland in 2017.
The B.C. Prosecution Service says Sagmoen’s pre-trial conference that started today will continue Oct. 24, with lawyers looking at adding an extra week to his trial starting in December.
“Issues discussed included trial scheduling. Those dates have not been finalized,” Dan McLaughlin, communications counsel for the Crown Prosecution Service, told Vernon Matters.
