A Vernon resident came back from a quick trip to Vancouver Wednesday to discover that a truck camper, a quad bike and a cargo trailer was stolen from his residence on Eastside Road.

Brian Quiring, who’s a city councillor, said the loss amounts to about $50,000.

It’s believed the items were stolen from Okanagan Landing home at night sometime between last Sunday to Tuesday night.

They include:

  • Bigfoot truck camper
  • Black aluminum Cargomate enclosed trailer 2020 8’x18′ (7000 GVWR)
  • Polaris Sportsman 850 Quad, camo print with camo wheels, rear seat box, front rack box, front brush bar with winch

Anyone with information about the thefts or who may have seen someone with the items, is asked to contact Vernon RCMP.
