Anniversary of man’s disappearance nears, police appeal for tips
Police are hoping to generate tips on the disappearance of a man in the North Okanagan one year ago.
Forty-four-year-old Ryan Duncan was last seen in the Lumby area on July 17, 2018, and his family in Winnipeg reported him missing a few days later.
Police believe he was in this area looking for a job.
Media Relations Officer Const. Kelly Brett with the Vernon RCMP said they don’t feel his disappearance is suspicious, but their Special Victims Unit continues to investigate the case.
