Boil water notice rescinded

Residents in Vernon living under a boil water notice have some good news coming into the long weekend

Greater Vernon Water and Interior Health have recinded the boil water notice after testing indicated that water is now at an acceptable rating.

The following properties are affected:

Commonage Place
– 1208 Mission Road
1316 Mission Road
1400 Mission Road – NORIC HOUSE
1424 Mission Road
Allan Brooks Nature Centre
Areas of the DND grounds including:
1280 Mission Road
1275 Mission Road
700 Hwy 97 GVW

Greater Vernon Water said the necessary construction enabling GVW to rescind the notice has been completed.
