Park Plan Put To Public
The province is ready to get public input on its draft management plan for Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park.
The plan looks at future uses for the park, south of Vernon, and is based on more than 250 public submissions made earlier in the process.
“Development of the management plan strongly considered much of the public and stakeholder input received, as such, the draft management plan reflects a balanced approach to the future management of Kalamalka Lake Park,” says BC Parks.
People can look over the plan and ask questions of BC Parks staff from 4 to 8 today at the Vernon Prestige Hotel in the Ellison Salon
