No Bail For Bogarth; Yet

57 year old Paramjit Singh Bogarth was in Vernon court today on a bail request.  The judge reserved his decision until June 29 at 9am.

Bogarth was extradited from the US to face a charge of murder in conjunction with the death of his wife Saminder in Vernon 32 years ago.

Bogarth and another man Narinder Bogarth are both charged, but Narinder is not in custody although BC officials continue to seek his extradition to face charges.
