More Than Three Dozen Bikes Stolen

Police say up to 38 mountain bikes were stolen after a Ford F-250 pickup truck and a customized trailer, used to transport the bikes, were taken from a Kelowna site on McCulloch Road overnight.

The truck and trailer belongs to Myra Canyon Bike Rentals.

Police are asking anyone who saw the white truck with the unique trailer late last night or early this morning, to call them.

Photo: Taken by the Kelowna RCMP at the scene of the theft. The photo shows a trailer similar to the one stolen overnight, with a thumbnail image of a Giant mountain bike similar to the ones also taken.
