Fetal Remains Discovered in Vernon

RCMP in Vernon confirm they’re investigating the discovery of fetal remains on the weekend.

Police are saying little about it, only that the remains were located at an apartment building in the 3900 block of 31A street on Saturday.

The circumstances of the discovery haven’t been revealed, nor if police have been talking with anyone in particular in connection with the remains.

The BC Coroners Service was notified of this incident but is no longer investigating.
