Winery Gets Lounge Endorsement

Lake Country Council has given its blessing for a winery lounge endorsement and a special event area endorsement at 50th Parallel Estate Winery.

Mayor James Baker says there were naysayers among the public,  feeling the winery’s location was too rural for that.

But council sees differently.

“It’s got a lot of acreage around it where the buildings are and it’s go lots of parking. They’ll have shuttle service for events.”
