Armstrong Adjusts Water And Sewer Notices

The city of Armstrong is changing the way it manages its water and sewer parcel taxes.

Over the years, those taxes have been put on the annual tax notice to residents.

Mayor Chris Pieper says now it will be on the billing notices.

“Parcel tax for water at a hundred and ten dollars and a sewer parcel tax at ninety dollars. So that will be taken off our taxes notices and put on our utility bills.

Those bills go out twice a year so half of each tax will appear on each notice.
