Enderby Moving Forward On Baseball

The city of Enderby is moving ahead with a plan to add another baseball diamond to Riverside Park.

Mayor Greg McCune says previous thought was to add a small diamond for youth and turn one of the others into an adult diamond.

“Now we`re looking at if we can maybe change a couple of fence lines on the current diamonds we may be able to put another full blown adult diamond in, which again would help for hosting tournaments.”

It would also give Enderby some opportunities to host provincial events.
