Stabbing In Polson Park

Vernon RCMP are investigating a stabbing in Polson Park.

Police were called about 6:30 this morning to the North West side of the park where they found a man suffering from what appeared to be a single stab wound to the chest.

He’s now listed in stable condition in hospital.

RCMP are looking for a suspect who left the scene on a bicycle.

RCMP Constable Kelly Brett says police believe the victim and suspect know each other and stresses it wasn’t a random attack.
