A two year old Vernon murder case could come to an end in court today.
30 year old Tal La Riviere was to have gone on trial this month for second degree murder, but the Crown says he will instead plead guilty to manslaughter.
The suspect is to be in provincial court this morning for plea and sentencing.
La Riviere was charged after the body of 42 year old Jason Hardy was found near the lawn bowling facility in Polson Park in August 2015.
