Sandra (Sandi) Jean Boulianne

October 29^th, 1947 – May 14, 2021

Sandi has gone to heaven after saying goodbye to her family, friends and the love of her life, her husband, Yves. Avid snowbirds, Sandi and Yves and their dog Misty enjoyed travelling to Palm Springs, California during the winter where they spent leisurely days in the sun with their many friends. During the summer, Sandi and Yves lived in Vernon where Sandi enjoyed swimming and sun bathing. Sandi was an animal lover and she was always an advocate for them. On many occasions she opened her home to stray cats and dogs, giving them sanctuary in a loving home.

Sandi was born, raised and was a long time resident of Vernon. She was employed for many years at the Royal Bank and was an active member of the Vernon Alliance Church.

Sandi fought a lengthy and valiant battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her father, Eric Palmer (1965) and her mother, Marjorie Palmer (2009).   She is survived by her loving husband, Yves Boulianne, her sister Lynn Martin (Bob) and many nieces and nephews.

We would like to thank the staff at Palliative Care and Vernon Hospice House for their support and thoughtfulness.
