Mission Gets Summer Help

Vernon’s Upper Room Mission has been granted funding from the federal government for its summer job program.

The Mission is advertising on its Facebook page for an Outreach Worker.

Applicants must have been registered as a full-time student over the past year with plans to return to school full-time in September.

The Mission had been hoping to obtain funding for two students to enhance its summer programs.
