Water Quality Advisory Issued

A water quality advisory has been issued for homes supplied by the Outback Water system in Vernon’s Okanagan Landing.

The Regional District and Interior Health say that water source, which comes from Okanagan Lake, is producing higher than normal turbidity levels due to lake level and water quality changes.

The water is rated as fair, which means some customers should be careful when ingesting the water.
