Lumby Schools In Spotlight
Jan 17, 2018 | 8:27 AM
The public is invited to have its say on the future of schools in the Lumby area.
The School District is holding an input session at 6:30 tonight at Charles Bloom Secondary.
The district’s long term facilities plan is looking at three options for Bloom, J-W Inglis and Cherryville elementary schools, which are all said to be in poor to very poor condition.
The options include replacing Bloom with a smaller capacity school, making major renovations to Bloom, or replacing Bloom with a new K to grade 12 school.
