RCMP searching for missing Vernon man

Local Mounties have asked the public for help locating a missing man.

Vernon RCMP said Riley Kelly, 40, left his residence on 41st Avenue in Vernon at around 7:30 a.m. Thursday and had not been seen or heard from since.

Police and Kelly’s family are concerned for his wellbeing.

Kelly was described as standing 6’0″ tall and weighing 181 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt, dark blue jeans, and Meindl Hiking boots.

His vehicle is a white, GMC Sierra 2500 Crew Cab, with a B.C. license plate VD5835.

Anyone with information on the Kelly’s whereabouts was asked to contact their local police or file an anonymous report with Crime Stoppers online or at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
