Okanagan properties crack B.C. Top 500 highest value list

Several Central Okanagan properties made the Top 500 Valued Residential Properties (2026) list from B.C. Assessment.

The agency said there were three properties in Lake Country, three in Kelowna, and two in West Kelowna with very high assessed values as of July 1, 2025, the date B.C. Assessment estimates the annual market value of properties in the province.

• (331) 4358 Hobson Road Kelowna – $13,411,000
• (335) 18250 Juniper Cove Road, Lake Country – $13,372,000
• (428) 4364 Hobson Road, Kelowna – $12,365,000
• (450) 4800 Lakeshore Road, Kelowna – $12,208,000
• (463) 1935 Jennens Road, West Kelowna – $12,077,000
• (490) 1683 Pritchard Drive, West Kelowna – $11,814,000
• (486) 16080 Carrs Landing Road, Lake Country – $11,846,000

There were no properties in Vernon, Coldstream or the North Okanagan that cracked the Top 500 list.
