Two people injured but stable following collision on Old Kamloops Road

Two people were injured after a car crash involving multiple vehicles occurred just outside Vernon’s city limits Friday morning.

Two vehicles collided head on in the 6400 block of Old Kamloops Road at the corner just past the Goose Lake Rd. turnoff at approximately 10 a.m. Dec. 19.

The vehicles were off the road and partially down the embankment.

First responders were quickly on the scene and northbound traffic was being redirected around the crash site via Agassiz Road, though southbound traffic was halted.
