Okanagan Landing developments coming onstream

There are more homes coming on the market in the Okanagan Landing neighbourhood of Vernon.

Sailview is the latest development to start marketing three-bedroom townhomes on Klinger Road, just above Okanagan Landing Road, between Paddlewheel Park and the Vernon Yacht Club.

Few other details have been released on the development, including pricing, which is taking pre-registration right now, as earthworks proceed onsite. Click here for additional information.

The Seasons Okanagan Development next door to Sailview has added additional lots in “Upper Seasons.” The established subdivision by Everton Ridge Homes has seven remaining lots for sale with home plans ranging from 2100 to 3100 square feet, and pricing starting around $800,000.

Vernon council has recently granted a development permit extension to Port Okanagan, for environmental assessments on the property at the corner of Lakeshore and Okanagan Landing roads.

Several single and multi family lots within the 16 acre parcel remain on the market.
