If you’ve ever wanted to own a pub, there is one in Vernon that’s on the market for a pretty good price.

Sir Winston’s Pub at 2705 32nd Street (Highway 97) is up for sale for $99,000.

The adjoining liquor store is not included in the listing.

Sir Winston’s was established in 1995, and the liquor store was added in 2003.

The business underwent a $100,000 interior update just last year.
