Utility upgrades on 18th Ave set to begin Monday

Work to upgrade some utilities in Vernon may create some traffic disruptions starting Monday.

Crews will begin upgrading utilities on 18th Avenue starting as early as 7:30 a.m.

The road will only be accessible to local traffic between 31st St. and 31A St. during the work, all other traffic will be detoured. The public is asked to avoid the area if possible.
