B.C. Lions smoked out

KAMLOOPS — The B.C. Lions are pulling the plug early on their Kamloops training camp.

The CFL team’s workout scheduled for Thursday at Hillside Stadium has been cancelled because of poor air quality.

The Lions will return to their Surrey training facility for the rest of camp and preparations ahead of their season opener August 6 at Saskatchewan.
