Okanagan Spring releases a new seasonal beer

Hot on the heels of releasing the Terrace Mountain Session IPA, Vernon based Okanagan Spring Brewery has released a new seasonal ale.

The Summerland Raspberry Ale joins a line-up that includes mainstays 1516 Lager, Pale Ale, Porter, King Eddy Pilsner, Ghost Trail Dark Lager, and Summer Weizen.

“Living in a place bursting with fruit of all kinds, it’s only natural that our beer would be inspired by it. The second in our Summerland series, this Raspberry Ale is easy-drinking and ripe for the picking,” A company Facebook post stated.

Okanagan Spring started brewing in Vernon in 1985, and was subsequently sold to Sleeman Brewing, which in turn was purchased by Sapporo Brewing.
