Quarantine Workout Day 4: Plump Pandemic Booty
If you’re a runner or a beginner, I wouldn’t do any hills before this workout. Again, it is just a body weight workout, but when you are doing it focus on your poses more than the amount of reps you do.
It is important to target the glute, so squeeze that booty at the top of every pose.
This was definitely a fun day with my man biking next to me on my run and of course my doggo getting himself involved.
