Car crash stalls traffic

A car crash during the afternoon commute brought traffic to a standstill along 30th Avenue.

The incident happened around 4 p.m. Tuesday.

It appears a black Mercedes convertible collided with a black Ford Mustang with an Alberta licence plate.

A blue Honda Civic was also stopped at the scene with minor scratches.

A young girl could be heard crying as she and two other occupants received care from paramedics.

Traffic was stalled along the avenue for roughly 10 minutes before police started directing traffic.
