Vernon RCMP seeking brazen theft suspect

Vernon North Okanagan RCMP are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a grocery store robbery.

Police say the incident took place on December 2.

The man was seen on camera entering the back office of the store and allegedly taking a large undisclosed amount of cash from a safe during business hours.

RCMP describe the man as non-white with a light colored sweater, dark pants and wearing an Under Armour baseball cap and backpack.
