Resort To Host Seismic Mountain Festival

Silver Star Mountain Resort has announced plans for what it calls a 10-day one of a kind festival.

The Seismic Mountain Festival will feature professional athletes, some of the provinces best chefs, multiple sporting events and live music

“This is our first year putting on a festival of this size and so far the feedback we’ve received has been nothing but positive,” says Ian Jenkins, Director of Sales and Marketing for the resort. “There will be feature events that are perfect for the whole family, it’s a festival that’s really meant for everyone to enjoy. We will continue to release information as all the aspects of the festival come together.”

Jenkins says the spring mountain festival is meant to bring together everyone from sport, business, art, culture, and the community to experience unforgettable moments on the slopes before the winter ski season comes to an end in early April.

“We have some extremely unique and fun things planned, that we are certain the community is going to be very excited about.”

Attendees can expect music, beer gardens, art, entertainment and even a firework show over the course of the festival.
